We're looking for a highly experienced Oracle CDM/MDM Consultant with 10+ years of expertise in Master Data Management and Customer Data Management at an architect level.
This role will lead the design, governance, and implementation of enterprise‐grade MDM/CDM solutions across Oracle Cloud environments.
What You'll Do
Architect and implement end‐to‐end Oracle CDM/MDM solutions
Define data governance frameworks, data quality rules, and master data standards
Lead integration strategies across ERP, CRM, and external systems




Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate data requirements into scalable architectures
Drive data cleansing, enrichment, deduplication, and golden‐record strategies
Troubleshoot complex data issues and optimize MDM performance
What We're Looking For
10+ years of experience in MDM/CDM architecture and implementation
Strong hands‐on expertise with Oracle CDM, Oracle MDM, and related cloud components
Deep understanding of data modeling, hierarchy management, and data governance
Experience integrating MDM with ERP, CRM, and middleware platforms
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Nice to Have
Oracle Cloud certifications
Experience with Oracle SaaS (ERP/HCM/SCM) data models
Knowledge of OIC, SOA, or other integration frameworks
Background in data migration and data quality tools
