As a RAN Automation Engineer, you'll play a critical role in delivering cutting-edge network automation solutions.
You will work with a general team on diverse technologies and vendors to ensure optimal network performance, automation, and service quality.
Key Responsibilities Support mobile network automation with a focus on performance monitoring, optimization, and provisioning.
Manage OSS systems (multi-vendor), mapping tools, and both SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, Vertica, MongoDB).
Execute multiband tuning and optimization across various technologies and vendor platforms (Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia, Samsung).




Participate in customer-facing activities such as technical presentations, demos, and results discussions.
Manage small- to mid-scale projects, collaborating closely with internal teams and customer stakeholders.
What We're Looking For 5+ years of relevant wireless experience.
Solid understanding of RAN architecture and functions (performance, optimization, provisioning, interfaces, etc.).
Technical proficiency with Windows, Linux, Excel, and OSS tools.
Strong communication skills with a service-driven, customer-focused mindset.
Fluent in English (written and spoken) – a must.
Preferred Qualifications Experience in software/network vendor environments.
Familiarity with scripting or programming (Python, Java, JavaScript).
Experience with RF/Network planning, SON, or enterprise WiFi.
Background in post-launch optimization and KPI tracking.
