About the Job

- Manage supplier performance in cost, quality, and delivery to ensure supply chain competitiveness.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key suppliers and support supplier development initiatives.
- Develop and execute annual cost reduction plans through negotiations, VAVE projects, and second‑source implementation.
- Partner with Engineering to support new product introductions, engineering changes, and cost‑saving initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support production requirements and sourcing strategies.
- Drive supplier base consolidation and rationalization to improve overall supply performance.
- Monitor and report procurement KPIs including material cost savings, supplier on‑time delivery, PPV, and supplier quality.
- Maintain supplier pricing and approved source lists within SAP.
- Support supply chain risk mitigation initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.

Location: Piedras Negras, Coahuila.

About You

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field required.
- 7-10 years of procurement experience, preferably with strong category management responsibilities.




- Experience working with manufactured products; industrial manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience developing and maintaining strong supplier and stakeholder relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Solid knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and cost analysis.
- Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems, SAP preferred, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
