QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience in supplier development.
- Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.
- Purchase order follow-up.
- Strong communication skills with suppliers.
- Cost analysis experience.
- Previous experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and supply chain principles.
- Familiarity with ERP systems,



inventory management software, and other relevant tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Leadership skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Support in ISO processes and internal audits.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Advanced Excel skills.
