About the Role:

An international leader in the maritime and freight forwarding industry is looking for a Senior Sales Representative to boost export growth in Monterrey and surrounding areas. This role requires a strong commercial drive, strategic client management, and active field prospecting.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with BCO and NVO clients.
- Conduct a minimum of 10 in-person client visits per week.
- Identify new business opportunities and close sales effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries and top-quality service.
- Prepare and present commercial reports and sales updates.
- TSU or Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Logistics, or related field.
- 5+ years’ sales experience in the ocean shipping / shipping companies
- Intermediate–Advanced English (B2–C1).
- Proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Excel (intermediate),



and Office Suite.
- Availability to travel within the region.
