Clean, validate, and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and consistency.Identify and resolve data quality issues (missing, duplicate, or incorrect data).
Define data requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.Travel SupportCreate travel plans, book flights, hotels, and visa for travelers.Prepare timely expense reports and planning spreadsheets.Create and update records in internal log of meetings and attendance.Booking and Expense ReportsMaintain memberships and payments.Create and track workflows using internal procurement system.Record and track invoices and payments; follow up with accounts payable as needed.Other Administrative TasksMaintain and update presentation templates as needed.Update policy and other documents as needed.Create and update various spreadsheets to track project metrics.Generate monthly reports for review.Support other assistants and take on other tasks as needed.Meeting TrackingMaintain internal log of meetings and attendance.Requirements2+ years experience in project analysis and/or administration.Proficiency with ChatGPT or equivalent, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Preferred QualificationsProactive, self‐motivated, strong organizational skills.Strong team player.Experience with SharePoint and Salesforce is a plus.Education RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.Associate's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of relevant work experience.High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of relevant work experience.Applicants: Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
