Job PurposeDevelop activities, projects and responsibilities assigned to the position, through experience and knowledge in the management of automated optical inspection (AOI) equipment applied to the manufacturing of mixed‐technology electronic products.Principal ResponsibilitiesVerify material flow according to its corresponding process level and guarantee its quality.Comply with safety guidelines.Develop and monitor verification activities, including maintenance, calibration, updating of documentation, records, processes, and training as required.Maintain communication of the needs and/or condition of equipment with the Quality Engineer, support and production personnel.Guarantee the availability of repair parts for the equipment under your responsibility.Keep automated inspection equipment available and functional; generate, update, and debug programs and software controls, monitor, and back‐up the same.Publish information and graphs of improvements or projects on automated inspection equipment.Implement engineering change notices (ECNs) in automated inspection equipment.Contact technical service providers and arrange for required service parts when quality is required.Generate coverage reports and develop detection tests as required.Follow up on reports of lost time of the teams under your responsibility.Continuously monitor the "Acceptance Rate" metric, define, and implement corrective actions.Improve equipment detection for leaks reported by our clients.Comply with the Health,
