The Talent Coordinator is the person who keeps everything moving. You'll work alongside our Talent Managers to support creators, manage brand partnerships, and keep campaigns running smoothly from start to finish. From organizing deliverables and communicating with creators to updating campaign materials and tracking timelines, you'll help make sure every detail is handled with care
This is a full-time independent contractor opportunity for someone who loves staying organized, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and has a genuine interest in the creator economy.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Coordinate influencer campaigns from kickoff through completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables stay on track.
Communicate with creators and brand partners, providing timely updates and follow-through.
Keep campaign documents, timelines, and reporting organized and up to date.
Create and maintain creator materials including one-sheets, rate cards, and case studies.
Maintain accurate CRM records and creator databases.
Research new brand partnership opportunities for creators.
Prepare brand forms, creative briefs, and campaign recap materials.
Support Talent Managers with day-to-day project coordination and organization.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE
1-3 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, partnerships, or a related field.
Fluent in English,



with strong written and verbal communication skills to build relationships with creators, brand partners, and internal team members.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to manage multiple priorities while staying organized and meeting deadlines.
A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of your work.
A genuine interest in social media, the creator economy, and influencer marketing.
Experience using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Canva, and similar collaboration tools.
Familiarity with CRM systems and project management platforms is a plus.
Full-time availability of approximately 40 hours per week.
