What You'll Be Doing
Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for production lines
Support new product launches, equipment buy-off, and process validation activities
Analyze and resolve process and product issues using root cause methodologies
Lead and update process documentation (PFMEA, Control Plans, Work Instructions, Flow Diagrams)
Coordinate and participate in APQP activities and cross-functional teams (CFT)
Monitor process performance (efficiency, scrap, PPM) and drive improvements
Conduct line balancing and continuous improvement initiatives
Support engineering change processes and process updates
Validate process conditions after changes (maintenance, new equipment, tooling)
Lead corrective and preventive actions related to customer complaints and audits
Ensure compliance with Quality, Environmental, and Safety Management Systems
Support Safe Launch activities and lead analysis of findings and improvements
Provide training and technical guidance to production and quality teams
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering (automotive preferred)
Knowledge of core tools (APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA)
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, line balancing, and continuous improvement
Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
Basic knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and automation systems
Ability to read technical drawings and process documentation
English communication skills (conversational level)
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience with PLCs, vision systems, or automated processes
Knowledge of CAD tools or process simulation
Experience with IATF ***** standards and audits
Experience leading improvement projects using PDCA or Kaizen
Leadership experience or exposure to team coordination
