Program Manager Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, International Business, Finance or similar.
English proficiency 90%.




Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Minimum 4 years experience in customer service/program management.
Excellent communication skills, ability to handle a group of direct report employees.
Excellent negotiation skills, ability to talk and negotiate with customers.
Understands shipment process/methods and incoterms.
Handles OTD, PPV, ECO, E&O;, Quotation Process, Action Logs, Yields, customer requests and reports.
Flexibility (able to take calls/meetings out of standard worktime).
Able to handle customer visit/agenda, plant tours.
