Job Description and Responsibilities
A growing company is seeking a Sales Specialist with native proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and intermediate English to strengthen the client portfolio, generate new business opportunities, and provide sales follow-up to current and potential clients.
Main Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities and generate leads.
Identify and acquire new clients to increase sales.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
Provide customer service, follow-up, and sales support to current and potential clients.
Prepare quotes and sales proposals.
Follow up promptly on quotes and negotiations until the sale is closed.
Visit clients to identify needs and promote products or services.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.




Experience and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in sales and business development.
Intermediate to advanced English (spoken and written).
Native Mandarin Chinese (required).
Experience in customer service and follow-up.
Negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work toward goals and develop long-term business relationships.
Valid driver's license.
Availability to visit clients.
Language
Mandarin Chinese: Advanced (HSK 7–9)
English: Intermediate to advanced
