MezTal is seeking an Operations Optimization Coordinator to support one of our U.S.-based clients within the hospitality and workforce management industry.This role is focused on ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
You will be responsible for coordinating activities across multiple teams, tracking requests, and making sure processes are executed correctly and on time.
You will also work with data and dashboards to identify improvement opportunities and help optimize operational workflows.The idóneo candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily operational activities across teams such as Operations, Finance, and Field teamsManage and follow up on multiple requests, ensuring timely execution and completionSupport scheduling and assignment of team members to client accounts through internal systemsTrack operational workflows and ensure processes are followed consistentlyMonitor and maintain operational dashboards and reports (Power BI or similar tools)Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance performance and scalabilityCommunicate effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve dependencies and unblock processesMaintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with internal proceduresSupport onboarding coordination and communication with field teamsAssist with financial tracking related to assignments, expenses, and operational activitiesAudit operational data and reports to ensure accuracy and alignment with policiesTroubleshoot operational issues and proactively address challenges before escalationParticipate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field2-5 years of experience in operations, coordination,
