A Day in Your Life at MKSAs a Co‐op Intern in Global Supply Chain, you will partner with Procurement Sustaining teams to support daily procurement activities, supplier follow‐up, reporting, and operational execution to ensure continuity of supply and support business ramp requirements.
You will report to the Procurement Manager.You Will Make an Impact By:Support daily procurement operational activities and report generationAssist buyers and procurement supervisors with supplier follow‐up and confirmationsSupport shortage mitigation and open order tracking activitiesHelp maintain and update procurement dashboards, reports, and metricsSupport purchase order and supplier communication processesCollaborate with cross‐functional teams such as Planning, Quality, Engineering, and OperationsGain understanding of general supply chain and procurement processesSupport continuous improvement and process standardization initiatives within ProcurementAssist with data analysis and reporting related to supplier performance and operational metricsSkills You BringAt least 6 semesters of undergraduate experienceYears of job‐related work experienceExcel, Word, and Microsoft Suite proficiencyStrong analytical and organizational skillsAbility to communicate effectively with internal teams and suppliersProactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast‐paced environmentAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesBasic understanding of supply chain or procurement concepts (preferred)English proficiency (preferred)Preferred SkillsPower BI,
