Fulltime Permanent Position with HCLTech
Skills Requirement:
7+ years of experience in software development
5+ years of development experience on the Force.com platform
Experience on Sales Cloud and Service and/or Marketing Cloud (Pardot)
Must possess and verify an Active Salesforce Advanced Developer OR Platform Developer II Certification.
Having an active Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification is a plus
Must have hands‐on experience working with relational databases (MS‐SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and ETL processes
Build integrations between Salesforce and external applications via Heroku, MuleSoft, Apex callouts.
Solid understanding of OAuth, REST, SOAP, event streaming (Pub/Sub, CDC) and messaging queues.
Leveraged AI‐powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor IDE, or Windsurf to accelerate coding




Contributions to AI‐driven Salesforce proof‐of‐concepts or pilots would be a plus.
Supports Salesforce DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated deployments, and tooling (Salesforce DevOps, Copado, Gearset)
Excellent problem‐solving and analytical skills
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Experience working in an Agile development environment
