THE WORK

Discover new possibilities and make impactful decisions in a collaborative environment. You will work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize enterprise data management solutions while enabling high-quality software delivery.

As part of this role, you will help drive Test Data Management (TDM) initiatives, build scalable data solutions, and support cloud-based transformation programs within a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop reusable workflows for data ingestion, transformation, validation, optimization, and quality management.
- Build scalable ETL/data pipelines using modern data integration tools.
- Design, implement, and maintain Test Data Management (TDM) solutions to support testing activities.
- Create and maintain GenRocket data generation scenarios for automated test data provisioning.




- Deploy production-ready data solutions while ensuring reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Migrate data from legacy platforms leveraging AWS and/or Azure Cloud architecture principles.
- Automate data provisioning and consumption processes to improve testing efficiency.
- Design business processes that support data governance, compliance, and data quality.
- Define and implement data validation strategies using SQL and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with QA, Development, DevOps, and Business teams throughout the SDLC.
- Support Agile delivery teams by enabling high-quality test data and continuous testing practices.

Required Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in Data Management, Test Data Management (TDM), or related areas.
- Hands-on experience with GenRocket.
- Strong SQL skills for data validation, querying, and analysis.
- Experience working with AWS and/or Azure Cloud environments.
- Experience developing scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Knowledge of Data Quality, Data Governance, and Data Compliance.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Advanced English (Required).

- Experience with Test Automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of Service Virtualization tools.
- Experience with Quality Engineering practices.
- System Integration Testing experience.
- Experience in Banking or Financial Services projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
