We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our esteemed marketing agency.
This role requires strong design expertise and a proven track record of creating impactful visual designs, with leadership and management skills.ResponsibilitiesOversee the design process from conceptualization to execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet client expectations.Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop design strategies and solutions that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.Create visually appealing digital marketing collateral for social media, web, email newsletters, infographics, and other promotional materials.Set design standards and ensure consistent branding across digital platforms and campaigns.Stay up to date on industry trends, techniques, and software tools, fostering a culture of innovation within the design team.Act as liaison between the design team and clients or internal stakeholders, communicating concepts, gathering feedback, and ensuring successful outcomes.Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to integrate design assets into campaigns, working with developers, content creators, and other members.Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Manage multiple projects simultaneously,



prioritizing tasks and allocating resources to meet deadlines.Work with external vendors to oversee production and ensure final output meets quality specifications.RequirementsMinimum4 yearsof industry experience collaborating with teams and working independently.Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, focused on digital design, preferably in a leadership capacity.Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of digital projects, demonstrating creativity, technical expertise, and an eye for layout, typography, and color.Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.Deep understanding of design principles, composition, balance, scale, and visual hierarchy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong project management skills, able to multitask and meet deadlines.Up‐to‐date knowledge of design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and understanding of design's impact on engagement and conversion.Experience in UX/UI design and web development is a plus.BenefitsBase salary DOEUnlimited vacation policyHealth insurance coverageFood stipendInternet/phone stipendDog‐friendly officeProfessional development programThis is a fully in‐office role based in Mexico City, Mexico.
