and operations to ensure on-time deployment● Run regular client syncs and produce progress updates● Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts● Escalate blockers and manage client dependencies proactively● Maintain account data in the tracking system (target dates, challenges, solutions)Requirements● 2–4 years of account management, client success, or operations experience● Strong understanding of workflow automation concepts (Workato, ClickUp, Zapier, or similar)● Excellent written and verbal communication — comfortable presenting to clients● Analytical mindset — able to define KPIs and track against them● Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously● Bonus: familiarity with ad operations, digital media, or B2B SaaS
