You'll sit at the intersection of creative storytelling and performance: helping our homes reach the right guests on the right platforms, keeping our brand voice consistent across every touchpoint, and using AI to move faster than a traditional marketing team ever could.This is a generalist role built for someone who wants broad exposure across a modern hospitality marketing stack and thrives in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.What you'll doSupport social media strategy and execution across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
Responsibilities will include content calendars, captions, community management, and performance reportingHelp maintain brand consistency across owned channels, partner co-marketing, listing pages, and paid campaigns, ensuring every guest touchpoint reflects AvantStay's premium positioningAssist with channel distribution marketing across Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and direct booking: optimizing listings, merchandising featured homes, and coordinating promotional placementsUse AI tools to accelerate copywriting, ideation, image generation, research, and reporting workflowsCoordinate with design, content, and performance marketing teammates on campaign launches tied to seasonal travel moments, new destination launches, and collectionsPull and synthesize performance data from social, email,



and distribution partners into clear weekly and monthly recapsSupport influencer, PR, and partnership outreach, including briefs, contracts, and asset deliveryKeep our asset library, content database, and brand guidelines organized and up-to-dateWhat you'll bring2+ years of marketing experience in the luxury hospitality and/or travel industry (hotels, resorts, vacation rentals, travel tech, luxury OTAs, or destination brands)Strong working knowledge of social media, both organic strategy and paid support, with a portfolio or examples of brand-appropriate content you've shippedHands-on experience with brand management: maintaining voice, visual consistency, and brand guidelines across multiple channelsExposure to channel distribution marketing, ideally Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Expedia, or comparable OTA/marketplace platformsGenuine comfort with AI tools as part of your daily workflow; you've moved past curiosity and actively use them to produce better work fasterStrong project management instincts, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns in flightLogisticsThis role is only open to general candidates outside the United StatesMust be able to work US business hours (Pacific, Central, or Eastern time)Must have excellent written and spoken English (near-native)Annual base pay: $30,******,000 USD, depending on location & experienceFully remote - work from anywhere!
