Security and Governance Administrator
We are seeking a hands‐on Security and Governance Administrator to serve as a dedicated security expert.
This role will be responsible for advancing security across our Microsoft 365 environment, network perimeter, and endpoint infrastructure while working closely with a collaborative IT team.
Key Responsibilities
Advance Technology Maturity: Enhance enterprise-wide technology maturity across IT and operational systems through improved security practices, standards, and controls.
Strengthen Governance Structures: Develop, implement, and maintain governance frameworks that support compliance, accountability, and effective risk management.
Manage Operational Risk: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to technology operations, information security, and data management.
Develop and Maintain Policies: Create, review, and maintain IT and security policies, including access control, data handling, and acceptable use standards.
Support Data Stewardship: Oversee data classification, access governance, retention standards, and responsible data handling practices.
Maintain Incident Response Readiness: Support security incident preparedness by maintaining response procedures, escalation paths, and documentation.
Manage Microsoft 365 Security: Administer and strengthen security across email, data loss prevention, information protection,



and Microsoft Entra ID, including Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management, and multifactor authentication.
Manage Snowflake Security: Design and maintain Snowflake RBAC: system roles, custom role hierarchies, grants, and ownership models across accounts, databases, schemas, tables, stages, and other securable objects.
Provision users and roles, enforce least privilege, manage warehouses and resource monitors, and align DAC/RBAC governance for multi‐team environments.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT governance, cybersecurity, risk management, or a related discipline.
Skills: Working knowledge of security principles, risk management practices, identity and access management, and compliance frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing metrics and reporting to measure IT security effectiveness.
Familiarity with data classification, retention, and governance practices.
Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts and best practices.
Experience with Cisco and Fortinet technologies is preferred.
Experience with Plex ERP, HubSpot CRM, and Snowflake is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
