ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for aSenior Software Engineerto own offline-first data synchronization for a global QSR POS platform, designing multi-tier sync across device, restaurant edge, and cloud backend.
You will implement conflict-resolution using CRDT-based frameworks including Automerge or Ditto, apply event sourcing, CQRS, and saga patterns across order and payment flows, and model the PostgreSQL cloud data layer against local and edge stores.
The role requires hands‐on CRDT sync experience, React Native, Node.js, and distributed-systems fundamentals.WHAT YOU WILL DODesign multi-tier synchronization across local device storage, restaurant edge, and cloud backend with offline-first guarantees;Implement conflict-resolution strategies using CRDT-based sync frameworks such as Automerge or Ditto, along with vector clocks, last-write-wins, merge policies, and eventual consistency;Apply event sourcing, CQRS, and saga patterns for order, kitchen, payment,
