As an Area Manager, you will lead and develop your own team of Amazon Associates in a distribution warehouse environment.
Your main focus will be motivating, mentoring, and coaching your team.
As a servant leader, you will ensure that your team has all the tools needed to succeed at any task during a shift, and engage with them to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance performance, and engagement.
What is fulfillment?
Fulfillment is how we refer to completing or fulfilling a customer's Amazon.com order through the acts of picking, packing, shipping, and delivering their order to meet or exceed their expectations.
Job Requirements
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and/or overnight shifts
Ability to work overtime both in peak season and as needed
Locations and placement: The position is not a corporate role and will be located in a Fulfillment Center.
Key Job Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and develop a team of 20 to 50 Amazon Associates
Communicate policies to Associates and act as the primary information source, maintaining compliance and consistency, and taking corrective action when needed
Create, manage, and support recognition and communication programs
Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all Associates
Ensure procedures are followed for building security and product loss prevention
Partner with the management team to establish and maintain quality control standards
Develop performance goals and objectives to achieve customer demand and ensure accuracy and quality
This role requires working on a 4x3 or 5x2 journal.
The position rotates shifts at least 2–3 times per year.
This is not a remote position; work location is at Tepotzotlán, Edo.

Basic Qualifications
Experience developing and implementing KPI goals and strategies based on organization goals
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading English
Will work adaptable hours as business demands, including overnight, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
At least 1 year of logistics operations experience
MBA, or Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years of performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques experience
