Actively provide support for resolution of L2 issues with detailed analysis.
Also help in code fixes and rigorous testing where required.Good knowledge of Unix, SQL, and scripting languages.Work on supporting product servers and clients on cutting‐edge platforms.Contribute to continuous improvement and continuous delivery, continually focus on enhancing performance of the applications.Work effectively in collaboration with other team members.Provide technical feedback and support to development teams.Perform detailed root‐cause analysis of issues in production, and implement corrective actions.Validated collaboration and communication skills,
