and branded assets.Create visual experiences that balance professionalism, trust, empathy, and advocacy.Collaborate with marketing leadership on brand positioning and creative strategy.Video Content & Multimedia ProductionEdit and optimize short-form video content for social media and advertising campaigns.Create engaging visual storytelling across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.Support content marketing initiatives through motion graphics, video editing, and visual enhancements.Ensure content aligns with brand standards and campaign objectives.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with developers to translate designs into functional digital experiences.Deliver organized design files, prototypes, and developer handoffs.Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams on strategic initiatives.Utilize project management tools to manage priorities and creative workflows efficiently.What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in UI/UX Design, Visual Design, Product Design, or related creative fields.Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design systems and prototyping.Strong portfolio demonstrating web design, UI/UX, branding, and digital design work.Experience creating conversion-focused websites and landing pages.Experience with video editing and multimedia content production.Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.Strong understanding of modern design principles, user behavior, and digital marketing.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with WordPress websites and development teams.Experience designing for lead-generation and performance-marketing environments.Knowledge of UX research, usability testing,
