About the job
This is a challenging and exciting opportunity to support the core application of SAP Ariba. As part of the IM Services Functional Application Support team, you will play a key role in ensuring user satisfaction, incident management, and engaging with key users to meet business needs in SAP Ariba and related technologies.
Responsibilities
Provide operational support for SAP Ariba and related applications, ensuring the integrity of the production environment.
Support incident management by ensuring systems are up and running, resolving application‐related tickets.
Administer SAP Ariba configurations and monitor interfaces between Ariba and SAP ECC.
Lead application enhancements, support change management processes, and collaborate on project execution with business stakeholders.
Engage with key users for training and feedback, ensuring seamless system operation.
Functional Area
Strategic Sourcing modules: SLP, Sourcing, Contracts
P2P: Guided Buying, Ariba Buying, Commerce Automation
SAP Ariba Network: all documents including electronic invoices
SAP Ariba CIG / Cloud Integration Gateway (basics)
Qualifications
Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 7 years of hands‐on experience supporting SAP Ariba,



including Strategic Sourcing, P2P, and Ariba Network modules.
Proficiency in English (speaking and writing).
Strong knowledge in SAP Ariba, SAP MM, PM, FI, and CO modules with integration knowledge across business applications.
ITIL, COBIT, or CMM certifications are highly preferred.
Familiarity with SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG).
Experience with automation initiatives and seller integration systems.
