Job OverviewWe are seeking an AI Automation Specialist to lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of AI agent solutions across the enterprise.In this role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, using platforms like BotDojo to create automated workflows and conversation flows.You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of AI agents—from initial requirements gathering and prompt engineering to system integration, performance monitoring,



and user training.The adecuado candidate combines a strong understanding of conversational AI with intermediate scripting skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards for data privacy and operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesRequirements Gathering and Training - Work with business teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and train end‐users on AI agent functionality and best practicesBuild and Deploy AI Agents - Design, configure, and roll out AI agents using BotDojo and other approved AI tools, implementing workflows and conversation flows based on business requirementsTechnical Support and Documentation - Provide ongoing technical support to users, maintain documentation for all AI agents, and stay current with platform updates and new featuresMonitor and Maintain Operations - Track AI agent performance, troubleshoot issues, perform regular maintenance and updates, and ensure optimal functionality across all deployed agentsSystem Integration and Scripting - Integrate AI agents with existing company systems and databases using scripting languages, and create automated workflows for data processing and agent configurationQuality Assurance and Compliance - Ensure AI agents meet company security standards,
