Apt Resources is seeking a Facilities Manager / Facility Management Manager for our client in Angola, a well-established organization managing a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties across multiple locations.
The adecuado candidate will oversee facilities operations, MEP maintenance, building systems, and service standards across a large property portfolio.Key Responsibilities:Oversee facilities management operations across multiple properties and locationsManage MEP maintenance activities, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and related building systemsSupervise preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure smooth property operationsCoordinate with internal teams, technicians, contractors, and external service providersMonitor the performance, safety, and compliance of building systems and facilities servicesSupport the implementation, operation, or improvement of Building Management Systems, BMSEnsure facilities are maintained according to required operational, safety, and service standardsPrepare regular reports on maintenance activities, service performance, issues, and improvement plansManage vendor performance, service schedules,



and maintenance documentationSupport planning and execution of facility upgrades, repairs, and improvement projectsEnsure quick resolution of technical issues across managed propertiesWork closely with senior management to improve efficiency, cost control, and service qualityRequirementsProven experience as a Facilities Manager, Facility Manager, FM Manager, MEP Manager, or similar roleStrong background in facilities management and MEP maintenanceExperience managing multiple properties, buildings, or sitesGood knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general building maintenance systemsExperience with BMS operation or implementation is highly preferredAbility to manage contractors, technicians, vendors, and service providersStrong reporting, coordination, and problem-solving skillsPortuguese language proficiency is strongly preferred.
