and facility availabilityBuild expansion shortlists and rollout plansPresent findings with clear ROI potentialFacility Sourcing & Relationship BuildingAggressively prospect schools, sports venues, gyms, and community centersContact decision-makers and pitch CSP partnership opportunitiesConduct site visits to assess suitabilityBuild strong long-term relationships with facility operatorsPermit Acquisition & ManagementSecure rental agreements and permitsNegotiate rates, terms, and scheduling priorityEnsure compliance with municipal and institutional requirementsMaintain a master calendar of permits and renewal deadlinesTroubleshoot issues proactivelyBenefitsCompensation: $1,500 USD per month
