You will work independently, handling a high-volume caseload and ensuring seamless, professional service to clients and stakeholders.Responsibilities:Independently manage a high-volume employment-based immigration caseload with accuracy and strong client servicePrepare and file non-immigrant petitions including H-1B/H-4, L-1A/L-1B/L-2, TN, O-1, and E-3 mattersSupport immigrant processes including PERM, I-140 (EB-1A, EB-1C, EB-2, EB-3), I-485, and EB-2 NIWDraft strong, compliant support letters for O-1 and L-1A filings that clearly present eligibility argumentsDraft basic letters for H-1B filings and simple RFE responses with clean, client-ready writingPrepare detailed responses for complex RFEs, NOIDs, and PERM audit responses with well-organized exhibits and timelinesMaintain tight case tracking, calendars, and internal documentation to ensure deadlines are consistently metCommunicate directly with clients and stakeholders in professional, clear written and verbal English (and Spanish when needed)Provide proactive updates, flag risks early,
