The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating therapist placements, matching clinicians with clients, supporting recruitment initiatives, and maintaining strong relationships with both therapists and families.
The adecuado candidate possesses excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesMatch therapists with clients based on availability, location, and service needsCoordinate therapist schedules, placements, and staffing assignmentsSupport clinician retention initiatives and engagement effortsAssist with recruitment activities, candidate sourcing, and hiring coordinationManage staffing-related communication with therapists, families, and internal teamsMonitor open cases and staffing needs to ensure timely placementsCollaborate with case coordination and operational teams to support service deliveryMaintain accurate staffing records, documentation, and reportingTrack staffing metrics and placement outcomesSupport additional staffing, recruitment,
