Work Modality: Full-time | Hybrid | Monday to FridayWe are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the marketing strategy for an innovative product portfolio, driving the successful positioning and growth of specialty therapies that make a meaningful impact on patients' lives.This opportunity is adecuado for professionals with solid experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably managing innovative brands within Central Nervous System (CNS), Cardiology, or Rare Diseases.Experience in new product launches—from strategic planning through commercial execution—will be considered a strong advantage.

Candidate Profile- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience managing innovative pharmaceutical brands, preferably within one or more of the following therapeutic areas: Central Nervous System (CNS), Cardiology, Rare Diseases- Experience in new product launches (Launch Excellence) is highly desirable and will be considered a strong asset.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing marketing strategies for innovative pharmaceutical products.
- Advanced English proficiency (mandatory; assessed during the recruitment process).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint- Availability to travel.
