and operations.Key Responsibilities1.Content ExecutionEdit talking-head videos using prebuilt templates (primarily Cap Cut)Add captions, overlays (e.g., price, location), and coversFollow structured content formats and templatesEnsure consistency in output quality and formattingOrganize and manage content assets efficiently2.Posting and DistributionUpload and schedule content across platformsApply captions and formatting correctlyExecute content calendar generated by AIMaintain consistency in posting frequency and structure3.Lead ManagementRespond to inbound messages and DMs across platformsQualify leads before passing them to the founderLog and manage leads in CRM systems (Airtable or similar)Maintain clean, structured records of all interactions4.Agent Outreach & Deal FlowBuild and maintain a network of UAE real estate agentsConduct daily outreach via Whats App, Instagram, and Linked InSource off-market real estate dealsTrack agents, deals, buyers/sellers,
