Position:Word Press Developer (Marketing & Integrations)Salary :$18–$25/hrRemoteSchedule:Full time - Monday - Friday.9AM - 5 PM ESTWe are looking for an experienced Word Press Developer to support the development and maintenance of high-performing marketing websites and landing pages.This role focuses on building modular Word Press themes using Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) and supporting marketing systems through integrations, tracking implementation, and conversion-focused landing pages.You will work closely with designers, marketers, and automation teams to deliver scalable websites and marketing assets that drive lead generation and performance.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain custom Word Press themes using ACF flexible content blocks as a modular page builder architecturePerform routine Word Press core, plugin, and theme updates across our portfolio of client sitesDevelop and QA landing pages for paid ad campaigns, ensuring proper form functionality, tracking, and CRM connectivityBuild and configure lead magnet tools including Typeform quizzes, Perspective funnels, chatbots, and similar conversion assetsSet up and manage integrations between websites, CRMs, and marketing platforms using webhooks, APIs, and automation tools like ZapierImplement pixels, conversion tracking, and UTM structures in coordination with the performance marketing teamCollaborate with designers to translate Figma comps into clean, responsive Word Press buildsSupport and optimize client sites built on page builders (Gutenberg, Elementor, Divi, etc.)
