This role focuses on preparing employment-based and family-based immigration cases, managing documentation, and assembling complete application packages for attorney review and filing.The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating closely with an attorney.
The goal of this role is to create a streamlined case preparation workflow where applications are fully prepared and organized prior to final attorney review and submission.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and manage employment-based and family-based immigration case filesComplete and review DS-160 and DS-260 forms accurately based on client-provided informationGather and review supporting documentation to ensure applications are complete and compliantGenerate immigration case documentation using Serenade immigration softwareDraft supporting letters and assemble application packages using established templates and workflowsOrganize and maintain case files and documentation in OneDrive or similar shared systemsReview applications for accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to attorney reviewIdentify and resolve common DS-160 issues including corrections, updates, and consular submission requirementsMaintain organized case workflows to ensure efficient preparation and timely filingsSupport attorneys by delivering well-prepared, review-ready case packagesRequirements1–2+ years of experience working in U.S. and Canadian immigration lawHands-on experience preparing DS-160 and DS-260 formsStrong familiarity with U.S. nonimmigrant visa categories, including B1/B2, E-2, L-1, O-1, H-1B, and related classificationsExperience preparing employment-based and family-based immigration applicationsAbility to gather client information and accurately prepare immigration formsExperience reviewing DS-160 applications for completeness and compliance prior to attorney reviewExperience using Serenade immigration softwareAbility to prepare case documentation using templates and standardized workflowsExperience organizing legal documentation in shared file systems such as OneDriveStrong written English communication skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentExperience supporting U.S. and Canadian law firms remotelyBenefitsAccess to a$200K+ perk marketplacewith discounts on 150+ integral services.Option towithdraw up to 50% of approved earningsbefore payday.
