With this expanded platform, we aim to be the go-to partner across the credit lifecycle for both consumer-finance and commercial/lease portfolios.About the RoleAs a SOC Analyst at Concord Servicing, you will be responsible for protecting our information systems and data against unauthorized access, modification, or destruction.
Moreover, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of our security posture, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in the industry.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and inspect alerts to determine those requiring additional analysis or escalationTriage issues, identify solutions, and escalate appropriately in a fast-paced environmentReview reported and quarantined emails, performing message searches, releases, and remediation; analyze for threats such as phishing and malware and escalate as necessaryGather, report,
