This role is built for someone who knows PI demand best practices without hand-holding, and still maintain precision under pressure.
You'll operate inside a case management system (Filevine preferred) and collaborate within a structured workflow while owning your daily output.
Expect a high-volume backlog and clear quality standards, your work will directly impact case momentum and outcomes.ResponsibilitiesIndependently review medical records, bills, and supporting documentation to ensure demand-ready accuracyVerify billing and treatment timelines (dates, providers, gaps) and flag documentation issues before package assemblyBuild and organize complete demand packages with properly labeled supporting exhibitsIdentify missing records, bills, liens,
