We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Project Manager to oversee the successful end-to-end execution of multilingual projects.The adecuado candidate will coordinate internal teams, manage client communications, ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, and maintain the highest quality standards throughout the project lifecycle This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with experience in the language services industry who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment.Working Schedule Part-time position.Availability required during UK business hours (approximately 9:00 AM 6:00 PM UK time) .
Immediate availability is preferred.Key Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of translation and localization projects from initiation to final delivery.Coordinate project schedules, timelines,



and resource allocation.Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide regular status updates.Assign projects to qualified linguists and vendors based on expertise, availability, and project requirements.Monitor project progress, proactively resolve issues, and ensure deadlines are met.Ensure compliance with client instructions, terminology, style guides, and quality standards.Track project budgets and maintain accurate project documentation.Prepare reports and maintain project records within the company s management systems.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external resources.
