> Establish the correct way to analyze installed capacity across plant.




> Help on Daily Management implementation.
> Train plant members on lean tools> Provide coaching to plant members on lean projects.
> Collaborate on the New Product Introduction stages to ensure lean approach> Document process improvements on ISO to ensure sustainability.
> Execute lean strategyQualificationsEducation: Bachelor's Degree (Engineer or equivalent.)Experience: At least 5 years as Lean Engineer in high complexity industries with lean focus.Lean Manufacturing tools.Fluent English.Competencies (Abilities): High Drive, Service Attitude, Great Communication, Leadership, Organization, Attention to detail.Knowledge in implementation of basic Lean tools5 ́S – Level 5TPM – Level 3DAILY MANAGEMENT – Level 5Preferred:MBA (Desirable).
