The Buy Desk Associate is a vital member of our centralized help desk team that supports internal stakeholders and external vendors with purchasing-related needs.In this entry-level role, you'll be the first line of support for inquiries related to purchase orders, invoices, master data, and our vendor portal.Your work helps streamline operations by allowing strategic teams to stay focused, while you tackle the detailed, repetitive, and essential tasks that keep everything running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to internal inquiries regarding purchasing processes, invoice discrepancies, and data maintenanceSupport external vendors with questions related to purchase orders and portal navigationInvestigate and monitor master data issues,
