At Merit Medical, our mission is to create innovative medical devices that improve lives.Our goal is to hire and develop people who want to build something special through hard work, team effort, and commitment.Together, we are making a difference in the lives of patients around the world.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMEDAssists with adjusting the Master Production Schedule to ensure timeliness regarding scheduling issues.Assists with evaluating weekly MRP demands and is responsible for determining scheduling deadlines and inventory quantities.Responds to system MPS/MRP recommendations and adjust manufacturing schedule(s) accordingly.Interfaces with Supervisors and Customer Service and resolve concerns regarding schedules, orders, and special needs.Evaluates customer orders and solves back-order issues.Prepares weekly production reports and adjusts manufacturing schedule accordingly.Attends daily operations meeting.Collaborates with Supply Planners.Evaluates workload and provides mentoring to Supply planner I.Performs a variety of other tasks and related work, as required.ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDSLifting – Not to exceed 50 lbs.
