development guidance, and performance evaluations to recruiters.Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.Ensure a consistent, professional, and high-quality candidate experience.Maintain a highly organized and transparent recruitment pipeline.Data, Reporting & Process OptimizationTrack recruitment performance using data and tools (including Excel).
