OverviewOur company is currently seeking skilled and experienced Production Workers to carry out various tasks in our busy environment.The adecuado candidate will have excellent communication skills and some mechanical aptitude.The successful applicant will be responsible for operating production line equipment and finishing products to meet production schedules, quality requirements, and reduce scrap levels.Essential Functions & ResponsibilitiesPerform process control checks, start-up checks,



and operator maintenance checksPerform specified processes and machine adjustmentsComply with all safety requirementsPost/communicate daily production output and review weekly process chartNotify teamleader or Supervisor in event of problemWork overtime as requiredAdditional Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide input to teamleader or Supervisor on information important to the next shift and post shift notes where appropriateAttend scheduled meetings and participate in problem solving activitiesPerform other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned by supervisor or managerSkillsThis position requires standing 100% of the time.Teamwork and cooperationAbility to cross train and train others in all functions of the lineEducation & Experience RequiredHigh school diploma (Preferred)Ability to pass pre-employment testingWorking ConditionsProduction environment; standing for extended periods.Regular overtime may be required.
