Let's get in touch.What you'll be doingReviewing, investigating, and reporting money laundering casesMonitoring and resolving formal and Financial Ombudsman Service complaintsDealing appropriately with consent refusals following SAR submissionsBeing a point of contact for law enforcement agencies in ongoing criminal investigations that commenced from a submitted SARActing in accordance with written policies, procedures, and relevant legislationCooperating with other teams by providing professional and efficient front-line compliance support, seeking to improve company processesWhat you 'll need3+ years of experience in financial crime investigations, or 1+ years of SAR reporting experienceFluency in English (B1) and Spanish (C1+ level)Experience in a regulated or policy-driven environment (e.G., financial institution, law enforcement)Knowledge of investigative methodologies, evidenced by the use of analytical tools (e.G., spreadsheets, filters, pivots, network charts)The ability to work with multiple stakeholders and take ownership of assigned workloadAdaptability with fast-cycle feedback loopsTo be able to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekendsTo be able to work from the Mexico City officeNice to haveFluency in other languagesA degree in law or a STEM subjectA professional certification (e.G., ICA or ACAMS)Familiarity with jurisdiction-specific financial regulationsExperience in crypto or blockchain analysis#J-*****-Ljbffr
