OverviewThe Intern ME Subassembly supports the Manufacturing Engineering team in the administration and support of processes within the Preform and Brazing areas.The role focuses on tooling (fixture) inventory management, process documentation, and on-floor support activities to ensure effective implementation of current operations and new engineering projects.ResponsibilitiesSupport the inventory and control of fixtures and tooling for the Preform and Brazing areasTrack tooling status and support the implementation of new fixturesSupport tooling availability and inventory accuracyCreate, update, and maintain setup sheetsDevelop and update Work Instructions (ITs)
for existing processes and new projectsSupport document control activities and follow up on action items related to shop-floor processesProvide administrative and technical support to Manufacturing Engineering process activitiesSupport different functional areas to achieve planned engineering and operational targetsSupport tracking and implementation of new projects and CIM (Continuous Improvement Manufacturing) initiativesAssist in activities related to new product launches and process improvementsQualificationsActive student in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fieldBasic knowledge of technical drawings and geometric tolerancesIntroductory knowledge of manufacturing processesBasic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)#J-*****-Ljbffr
