Cabo Marqués – AcapulcoAt Banyan Tree Veya & Banyan Tree Cabo Marqués, we craft meaningful and emotionally resonant journeys through mindful luxury, wellbeing, and a deep sense of place.Role PurposeThe Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing the digital strategy across the brand and property, ensuring a refined, cohesive, and high‐performing online presence.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Strategy & Brand PositioningLead and oversee digital marketing initiatives including brand websites, paid media, SEO/SEM, CRM, email marketing, and social media.Ensure all digital touchpoints reflect the brand's luxury positioning, visual identity, and storytelling.Collaborate with Revenue, Sales, PR, Operations, Spa, Wellness, F&B;, and Brand teams to ensure alignment and commercial impact.Website Optimization & Guest JourneyContinuously optimize website content, user experience, and performance to enhance conversion.Ensure all guest‐facing information (offers, experiences, dining, spa, seasonal activations) is accurate and up to date.Identify opportunities to improve the booking journey and increase direct revenue contribution.Performance Marketing & AnalyticsOversee and evaluate performance of digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, retargeting platforms, and other channels.Monitor traffic, booking trends, and conversion metrics using analytics tools and dashboards.Generate actionable insights to drive continuous optimization and ROI improvement.Collaborate with external agencies to ensure strong campaign performance and strategic alignment.Content & Digital AssetsCoordinate photo and video productions for rooms, villas, F&B;, wellness, spa, weddings,



and brand experiences.Ensure all visual content aligns with luxury standards and brand storytelling.Manage digital asset libraries and distribution platforms (e.g., OTA channels, Ice Portal).
