Job DescriptionIn this BDM role you will:Own the full presales cycle — from opportunity identification to closing complex cloud, data, and AI deals, managing your pipeline in Salesforce with discipline and a results-first mindset.Design AWS-based solutions (EC2, S3, SageMaker, Bedrock, Redshift, Glue) that connect technical capabilities to real business outcomes, leading conversations with CTOs, architects, and executive teams with equal credibility.Collaborate cross-functionally to sharpen go-to-market execution and contribute to sales assets (case studies, battlecards, playbooks).
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.Facilitate the adoption of US cultural and technical processes within the Colombian branch and the broader NOLA region.Qualifications******* years of experience in business development, presales,
