Company DescriptionCompany: Oscar Bioenergy Joint VentureOscar Bioenergy Joint Venture, a subsidiary of Veolia Hong Kong & Macau, operates O·PARK1, Hong Kong's first large-scale food waste recycling facility.Using advanced technologies, it converts 73,000 tonnes of food waste annually into renewable energy and compost, promoting sustainability.Location: Siu Ho Wan, North LantauJob DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Manage the maintenance function, including in-house maintenance team, contract staff, and contractors, whilst adhering to all relevant legislation and site procedures; train, supervise, and evaluate team performanceReview plant defects and oversee development of maintenance systems, stores management, H&S; procedures, and computerized maintenance management systems to enhance reliability and organizational efficiencyPlan and manage maintenance outages, including work specification, quality control, and coordination between all parties involvedPrepare site maintenance budget proposals and manage expenditure within approved budgetsLiaise with project and operations staff to ensure maintenance efforts align with overall business needsQualificationsRequired Qualifications:A practical Engineer with a minimum of 5 years experience in a supervisory maintenance role within a process industry, gained in a Chemical, Waste Treatment/Incineration, pulp and paper, petrochemical,
