This role plans and executes necessary activities to ensure an optimal operation of all Tolling facilities assigned to Bunge in Mexico including technical, quality assurance, Food Safety, operational execution.Core Functions:- Manage and keep updated documents required by customers and regulatory requirements for the correct operation of tolling partners, Food Safety, Quality assurance from all the directs and indirect materials.
- Supervise all the activities related to Quality Assurance, Food Safety with all tolling partners, Controlling and manage all the process end to end.
- Execute and manage Quality data and BOM master data including different tools, ex SAP, Sales Force, SRM, Customer platform or any other platform or technological resource need it.
- Elaborate functional trials suppliers, tolling partners, to validate and ensure the performance of our products, facilities, equipment's, food safety & Quality assurance.Skills/Experience Requirements:- At least 5 years' experience in food industry or similar.
- Bachelor's degree in food science or engineering, biochemical, chemical or other related to technical area.
- Fluent English.
