We are looking for a highly strategic, analytical, and execution-orientedChief of Staffto partner closely with the CEO and leadership team.
This role is responsible for driving key strategic initiatives, coordinating cross-functional projects, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the company's highest-priority objectives are executed effectively.The adecuado candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and can seamlessly transition between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, helping define, prioritize, and execute company-wide initiatives.Lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment across teams.Track strategic priorities, OKRs, KPIs, and company goals, proactively identifying risks and driving accountability.Prepare executive-level presentations, business cases, reports, and analyses for leadership meetings, board meetings, and investor updates.Facilitate communication and alignment between the CEO and functional leaders.Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, organizational effectiveness, and operational efficiency.Conduct market, financial, operational,



and competitive analyses to support strategic decision-making.Coordinate executive meetings by preparing agendas, documenting key decisions, and following up on action items.Manage special projects and high-priority initiatives that support business growth and organizational objectives.Support strategic planning, business development, and scaling initiatives across the organization.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.3–7 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, high-growth startups, strategy, operations, or a Chief of Staff role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations.Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and driving execution.Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.Professional fluency in English.High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
