**Date**:Mar 7, ******Location**: Reynosa, TAM, MX, *******Company**:Corning**Role Purpose**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Create and sustain Actual Manufacturing Cost models- Updates Versátil Production Capacity analysis- Execute updates of productivity utilization projects into standards- Helps Mfg. to calculate Cost reduction by unit for projects- Owner of BOM accuracy, and earn hours- Sustains product / Cost structure in SAP- Support accuracy for Activity rates- Works with operation and SC to define planning capacity in SAP- Support manufacturing projects that link into SAP / PN structure**Experiences/Education - Required**:- Bachelor's in Industrial or other Engineering / Technical field of study- 2+ years of related experience in manufacturing- capacity analysis- cost modeling- implementation and analysis- cycle time reduction- line balance/staffing,



work cell design- Ability to deliver under tight deadlines and handle multiple/detail-oriented tasks- Proficient English- SAP Knowledge.
- Sound decision-making and prioritization skills- Strong data analysis and statistical skills**Experiences/Education - Desired**:- Certified Green Belt.
- Data analytical software (SPSS, Minitab, SPC XL).
- Knowledge of manufacturing excellence tools (AME, KT, Lean).
- Strong Leadership Skills to effectively manage cross functional teams- Proficiency with key PC software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Minitab/SPC XL, Visio, Mind Map)- Project Management experience- Self-motivated, independent, flexible, quick learner
