**What we are looking for**What you'll do- Channel Management: Ensure the accurate and optimized distribution of listings across all OTAs and direct booking platforms.
- Downtime Minimization: Monitor platforms to identify and resolve any listing issues, syncing errors, or outages in real-time.
- Partner Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact for OTA representatives, working closely with them to resolve issues and enhance performance.
- Performance Optimization: Regularly analyze channel data and booking trends to identify opportunities for increased visibility and revenue growth.
- Best Practices Implementation: Keep up with industry trends, OTA algorithm changes, and platform updates to ensure all listings follow the latest optimization techniques.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with the revenue, product, marketing,



and policy teams to align distribution strategies with company goals.
- Tech & Tools: Utilize Property Management Systems (PMS), channel managers, and data analytics tools to maintain listing accuracy and efficiency.
**Requirements**:- Experience in vacation rentals, short-term rentals (STR), hospitality, travel tech, or e-commerce is preferred but not required.
- Comfortable working with technology, data analytics, and troubleshooting listing issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly adapt and resolve issues across multiple platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized approach.
- Flexibility to work with integral teams across different time zones.
